Awards ceremony
On September 22, 2024, the awards ceremony for the 2024 Milan Sake Challenge Jury was held at HOTEL NHOW in Milan. The Magnifica Award, the top platinum award in the tasting category, was also announced, and was attended by many sake breweries and journalists from Japan. The Delegation of Japan to the European Union, the Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese Association, and the San Daniele Cured Ham Association participated as guests of honor. It was a very meaningful award ceremony, as we in Europe were able to hear the real voices of the government officials, which we are not usually able to hear.

The awards ceremony will be held in Milan on the morning of September 22, 2024.

  • Best Food Pairing Award: 1 brand per food item
  • Special San Daniele Prosciutto Award: 1 brand
  • Best New Sakagura Award: 1 brand Best
  • International Sakagura Award: 1 brand
