Who is eligible to entry to the MILANO SAKE CHALLENGE?

In addition to sakaguras, distributors, exporters, and importers are all welcome to apply.

Can I enter sake that does not have the content specified by the judging panel?

Sake

- 2 bottles of 720ml per entry

- For sparkling sake only, 3 bottles of 720ml

Shochu

- 2 bottles of 720ml per entry

For products exceeding 720 ml, 750 ml and 900 ml are considered equivalent to 720 ml and do not need to be refilled. Products larger than 720ml, e.g. 1800ml, must be refilled to 720ml before they can be exhibited.
For products that are less than 720ml (180ml, 300m, 500ml, etc.), please send a total of at least 1500ml.

Is there a limit to the number of brands that one company (sakagura) can entry?

・There is no limit to the number of brands that can be submitted from one company (brewery), and submissions to multiple categories are accepted.

・The entry fee depends on the number of stocks.

Can I still enter if I have not decided on a label design?

Yes, it is possible. However, we ask that you affix a label to your entry when you send your entry sake to the designated warehouse after entry.

If this is difficult, you may submit a sticker with the brand name on the bottle, but please understand that we will not be able to judge the design.

Can I enter sake that is still under development and has not yet been sold and for which the brand name has not yet been finalized?

Yes, you can enter even if you have not decided on the product name etc. at the time of entry.

After entering, you will be directed to the page for entering information on the sake to be exhibited, and when you have completed entering the information, instructions on where to send the sake to be exhibited etc. will be displayed.

Therefore, you will need to enter the information before the deadline for sending the sake, so please decide on the product name etc. and enter it by then.

If I don't have a credit card, how can I pay?

Please consider using a personal credit card for replacement payment or other methods.

Please note that even if you use your personal credit card, a receipt can be issued in your company name. Please contact the Milano Sake Challenge secretariat.

Is it possible to change or add the name of the brand of sake to be exhibited after entry?

You may change or add the name of the brand name of the sake to be entered until the last day of entry submission. Pleasec ontact the Milano Sake Challenge secretariat.

Can I send my sake directly from abroad to Italy?

Yes, we accept entries from overseas. Please contact the Milano Sake Challenge secretariat separately.

What if I want to set up a booth at the Milan Sake Experience?
